Lol, I've read some too, but honestly, I don't see that here. I think he might be a bit possessive, but I think he might push the personal space-boundaries to kiss him or something when it's not really wanted. But I don't think he’ll imprison him. I do however feel like maybe the ML is part of whatever the MCs new case is and that the ML might be connected to some criminal organization.
