I get that having her skin color changed is a bit sudden and weird, but it’s used to prove a point on how quickly ppl switch up. I just don’t get why you all are complaining so much.
Probably because she was discriminated from it? You can't just ignore how much shit she went through because of her skin color. You can't just overwrite it so suddenly
How is the author overwrite her experience? Mc clearly noticed the how different ppl treat her now and is upset. It’s proving a point on how people are so quick to judge someone just by how they look and mc skin change just proves that point.

I'm not sure if the story gets better, but for FL to have been a CEO in her past life, she is extremely passive. Like how tf does she let the emperor do what he wants (harassing her, demanding to marry her, hurting their sibling) without taking any form of action. Not to mention she starts being attracted to him even if he's a literal murderer which is strange considering she is a functional mature adult.
The other characters (except the emperor) are not that likable but I think I can let that pass because they might have a character arc or have some sort of reason why they act the way they do. The Emperor kinda acts like Donald Trump has a Twitter tantrum while damaging other people with no regard.
I thought the same but i kinda understood it because shes pope, someone whos supposed to be patient and forgiving. Honestly first 20 chapters are annoying but i read all 55 chapters in 6 hours and its getting better. Emperor had,,reasons,, for killing/hurting people to some point which will be releaved in later chapters.
I am at like chapter 84 and I don't know if it worth it to continue. All she is doing is just seducing men left and right. I would understand that she needs to get charm points but it just feels so bland.

Honestly, I tried rereading and it's fine for me. I'm probably just used to it. For others who may find it boring, maybe cause the updates are slow and some others just don't prefer this type of genre which has a system in it which obviously (like the person above me said) leads to a new man, make them fall in love, leave, new world and repeat. Think of it as a harem or think of it as a type of mission from a system to make somebody fall in love with her. I guess I read novels like this, I'm fine with it lol. I think if you don't like her doing this over and over, then I guess you'll find it bland since she will do it over again and again.
I'm okay with the repetition but I was wondering if the process was more interesting? Sorta like "all cheating must die" its the same thing over and over, but the process is interesting because there's a character that is so easy to hate and root for MC.
All cheating men must die has more of a strong protagonist that takes no shit. This one has an MC that needs to be more meek to get her points. I prefer the latter but still enjoy this manga

Like I get it she makes some dumb decisions or could have made better ones, but remember that this is a time where women were below men. I can't blame for what she does and she is pretty strong willed just like what hatshepsut might have been. In a certain point its kinda of a biography but with creative freedom.
As for the sking tones, I think are a bit nitpicky since the reason why shes white istead of darker skinned like the rest of the character is cuz she is suppose to stand out and be the main focus.
