why when i sign in my account the captcha doesn't show but only if i use incognito mode? how to reload it in normal window?

Did you already tried to reload it in the actual normal window?

Because in my experience, it usually didnt show up when I first sign in, but when I reload the sign in page once again, it shows up.

Sorry I think I got dumb, maybe your question already stated that you reload the sign up page but it still didnt appear.

In any case, I dont know how to resolve your problem since mine resolved quickly
