Well, that's the thing in Korean names.. Since their alphabet doesn't function like in English alphabet...
율리아 - this is her name in hangeul which can be pronounced as yulria or yullia
It then can be equivalent to Julia or Yulia in English names whichever spelling you may prefer... But the 'J' here does not sounds like the 'J' in Jam..
So my point is Julia or Yulia is the same, it just depends on the translator whichever spelling they would like it to be (but yeah, they should be consistent about it unless its a different translator) .
