The story is about a young girl who is (apparently) practicing to be a princess. There is a black haired boy who helps her. I think at first they don't get along. The only chapter I remember is when the young princess throws herself into a lake to retrieve a hand fan and return it to the boy. Some help?

I can't find the link but if it's an emotional shoujo I'd definitely recommend "Orange" by Takano Ichigo. There's an anime of it with 13 episodes too! I'm really sorry since I couldn't find the link
