Okay I have not been able to find this anywhere I started it about 3/4 the way through and it’s a fucked up/complex love triangle Basically the main guy is in a relationship with this guy who once was kind to him and all of a sudden turned on him and became very abusive, manipulative, and possessive/oppressive. It gets so bad that he ties him up and keeps him trapped in his apartment. There’s a friend who knows the surface level of what’s going on and a past lover who is currently upset and cold to the MC. At one point all three have sex. Once the MC is saved he spends a long time recovering from the trauma in the hospital or wherever and his ex stays at his bedside the whole time. It takes MC a long time to confess his feelings to him because of the effects of the trauma.
