quite literally the most dramatic way to end a season. talk about cliffhanger.
I'm actually really into the wordy poetic talk the characters so occasionally because it makes me feel smart when I understand it, but I cant deny that it does leave me a little confused as to what the plot of this is.
I really like Brett and Hayden though (▰˘◡˘▰)

I'm not gonna lie... after I initially read it, I was so confused. the notes really helped, but even then it felt like I was just thrown into a story all of a sudden.
I wouldn't say I hate Jaehan but I was dissapointed because I feel he didn't get the development or redemption he deserved. it really just felt like I was reading and both main characters were keeping a secret from me, the reader. the ending also wasn't as satisfying as I hoped.
BUT...
after reading the side story, my opinion changed a bit. the side story is really the best part in my opinion. seeing it from heegyeom's perspective made me like both him and Jaehan more as characters. It's a shame that the toxicity from both sides wasn't shown more in the beginning because I think this would have made it more enjoyable (and also make Jaehan less dislikable). I'm sure this is one of those that are just much much better on a second read.
