Does this have a character development or something and turns into romance? I'm traumatized by the first yaoi mangas/webtoons I've read, they were all psychological with tragic endings.
Character development is slow and doesn't happen overnight but it is there. It isn't over yet so can't say anything about a tragic ending

Literally. I read it bc it was kinda intriguing in the beginning, but then it got to be too much so I skipped a good chunk near the middle. But I still had to read the last few chapters since I was already so invested. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ gave me a headache tbh. That all happened in one day btw.

Two girls will appear though they may be or may not be annoying depending on your standards. though for me the first one isn't annoying, she is just pretty funny and silly. And she's also pretty useful. The second one is annoying BTW. You'll know the reason why when you read the novel.
