I actually really like the "slice of life" (heavy quotations on that) element of this, the way it just shows Dan killing annoying people with no complicated plot. It's so satisfying to read, and I'm always curios about what killing method he's gonna use. I don't think every story needs a detailed plot and storyline, the simplicity suits the narrative and doesn't make it any less interesting.
My man Jaeoh actually has a personality and is an interesting character who doesn't just fit into the stereotypical uwu uke trope, and the fact that people actually compare him to Yoonbum when all they have in common is setting is highkey annoying as hell
I think Tracy is Boris’s friend who was gang-raped and Boris saw but didn’t intervene. She later on committed suicide. And because of this Boris holds a guilty conscience for not helping her and that’s why he intervened when Sehyun was being raped in the bathroom (when they first met)
I love the way the ending was happy but it still didn't erase all Sehyun's problems but instead gave him a future where he has someone to help him through those problems. So much more realistic, so much more beautiful. A great change for the happy-go-lucky romances, absolutely loved this story.
Normally I'm fine with any kind of gore, send heads flying or gut someone and I won't mind but goddamn when he shoved the cross up that rapist's ass... Very justified but couldn't help but cringe a bit
