Lol, I'm getting flashbacks from "heartbreaker/skid marks". The mc/bottom breaks up because his job keeps him too busy n he never communicated or explained his real reasons to the top too. He just said "well, that was it". N people there said the top is immature and doesn't understand him n that it's fine to break up of you feel overwhelmed. People literally always (almost always) defend the bottom who is mostly the mc. Just look at the likes n dislikes. However, I do agree that both need character development ( leo much more tho) n a break up could be a good way.

It's fine for him to be oblivious of whether his partner is in distress while he's enjoying life( no wrong in that haha).
