LISTEN.... I understand that dude has a shit ton of trauma but he irritates me. Most of the time, the misunderstandings are because of the MC. The ML's actually straightforward tbh, I like that. He's clear on what he likes and what he doesn't like. He's clear on what he wants and his directions are clear. The MC? Mf keeps on complicating shit fr. "Oh but he couldnt be sure that the king would not lash out at him!" The dude literally only gets mad when he finds out he lies to him. Thats pretty valid.
Anyway, interesting plot but pathetic and annoying MC. It might be just a personal preference but I would prefer an MC with a backbone and some brain cells.
