Also can we all agree that the ex-fiancé is much better than Soveshu or however u spell his name? (the one who had trashta as his mistress). He never cheated, he recognized his mistakes (10 yrs later...u don’t realize what u have until u lose it) but at least he openly admitted unlike Soveshu, and he IS TRULEY WISHES THE MC TO HAVE A HAPPY FUTURE AND REJECTED THE SNAKE GIRL’S SUGGESTION TO SABOTAGE THEIR MARRIAGE?! I was completely shocked that he rejected getting involved in the girl’s scheme and even told her to leave the mc alone... What I’m not understanding is why he treated her full of contempt??? Why does it have to be 10 yrs later—This is so unnatural. Like the way he is acting now and back then are in no way connected. Why was he so hostile towards her in the beginning?? Uhm... ig it was just bc the plot only used him for her to get w the ml. Not gonna lie, i have mixed feelings about this...

I absolutely love this manwha. It reminds me of Doctor Elise. I read the novel, and to be honest. I’m a bit disappointed by the depiction of the characters’ emotions in the manwha. It is not on par. Like, how in the manwha it shows that scene where Cayena is dressed modestly, it seemed like Raphael (I love this man so much.) fell in love. He did not. He found her pretty, but he still didn’t trust her. Also, in the garden, they don’t express his thoughts, but he doesn’t find her apology sincere (coz he thought it was political), and when they exited the garden, it looked like he was jealous, of Razef, but he wasn’t! He felt regretful! I heavily suggest reading the novel. ‘Cause some misunderstandings can be made for sure. Also... Razef;; Ugh.... Not even going to talk about him. I’m angry at him and disappointed. All I can say is that he’s a little piece of shit. How dare he kill the nanny? It’s upsetting. It’s revolting. I think he deserved exile. He got obsessed with Cayena because she was so nice but for some reason he thought that it’d be a good idea to kill the nanny? Like dude? Are you dumb? Why fuck up that good relationship? I probably would have cried if he was executed, but I’m glad the FL didn’t decide that. (She became empress for a short while.) I can’t really say I’m surprised by what he did. He still had violent and manipulative tendencies even when he warmed up to Cayena. It was basically just a restart of what happened with Olivia. But he didn’t try to kill Cayena. I wondered why the author did this, but it’s more realistic this way. The only character who was reincarnated was Cayena. That doesn’t magically mean that all the other characters will adjust and become good people. Razef was not a nice person.
ANYWAYS. I want to talk about one of husbands, Raphael. I’m a sucker for his personality type. Some people may think he’s basic, but I don’t. It’s just that in comparison to the other characters, he’s not crazy! Compared to the other crazy bastards, he’s NORMAL! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
He’s smart, he’s passionate, he’s kind, he’s caring, he’s loving, he’s HANDSOME, just all around a good person.
And ya girl really hopes that they illustrate the side stories of the novel because THEY HAVE CHILDREN AHHHHH. BABYYYYYYY.
Cayena and Raphael from this story, Elena and Sian in Shadow Queen. Two couples I can name from the top of my head that I adore.

Idk if y’all forgot but mental health doesn’t exist in this “time period”. A woman’s sole responsibility is to get married and produce an heir and raise them. Y’all actin like they know wtf post pregnancy depression is or depression AT ALL. Stop hating on the husband of doin what he was raised to do. He went to war cause the king ordered it, not cause he wanted to. And he comes back to his relative trying take over his fief and to his father dead. His wife also hates their kid, and now he’s dealing with the royals scandals left and right that deal with his wife’s family. He did suggest his wife take time off for herself, hence the vacation to the south.
Some of y’all defending the wife to hell and back too but real talk if your mom hated you and blamed you ruining her life you’d feel some type of way too. Even if you knew she got depression after pregnancy you wouldn’t be able to forgive them like nothing happened. Stop acting like depression or trauma is an excuse to act a certain way, it don’t work like that. Her feelings and depression are VALID but her actions towards her kid is NOT. I’m all for her getting a redemption and a second chance but is it because she feels guilty and wants to make herself feel better after treating her son like shit or is it cause she genuinely cares for her kid? There’s a big difference.

DO NOT READ WITHOUT READING THE RECENT CHAPTERS OF THE MANHWA (UNTIL CHAPTER 47)
People hate Lucio too much but he really isn't a bad person. Except for making Patrizia queen because she's infertile, everything else was Rosemond's doing. Petronilla was executed because of Rosemond and Lucio didn't even know she did it until evidence proved otherwise. He's a great emperor despite his emotional disposition. Unless you read the novel, you probably won't be able to realize that.
Also let me point out that Lucio in the previous timeline was an affection-craving fool but in this timeline, he is more self-aware and in denial because he knows Rosemond doesn't love him. Although he didn't show it at the beginning, he was actually having doubts about her. This is because Rosemond also has memories of the past and her self-awareness of her past mistakes altered her personality. I'm quite sure she truly loved Lucio despite manipulating him in the past timeline but in the present, she's so focused on becoming queen that it became her downfall in the end.
(LUCIO)
The previous emperor (Lucio's father) was married to Alisa, the daughter of the most powerful Duke in the kingdom. But Alisa was infertile and at the same time the emperor's concubine, Janet, gave birth to an heir. As a queen who could not give birth, Alisa was basically useless so she decides to take Janet's son as her own. But the truth was that she just wanted to fuse her jealousy and abuse the kid; physically, emotionally, and sometimes sexually as well. Lucio grew up believing Alisa was his mother and didn't understand why she treated him like that. Days before his birthday, Alisa called Lucio to the courtyard telling him she had a gift for him (Lucio never once celebrated his birthday so he was excited). When Lucio arrived, Alisa threatened him to kill a person hidden underneath a white veil. He refused but then she began to beat him up until he gave in. With a sword she gave him, he stabbed the person under the veil multiple times. Alisa, laughing crazily, then reveals that she wasn't his real mother and that the person Lucio killed was Janet, his biological mother. At that time the emperor was away from the palace so when he came back, Alisa was dethroned from her status as queen and Lucio was never the same again.
(ROSEMOND - warning mention of sexual assault)
Rosemond is the daughter of a prostitute and a Baron. When she was 10, her biological mother was killed by the Baroness then the Baron took her in. She was treated like a maid and abused in the estate. At one point, her half-brother began to see her as a woman and so he raped her. Rosemond wanted to become queen in order to not only destroy the Baron's household but to also eliminate anyone who judged her for her commoner background. That's when Rosemond decided to "coincidentally" meet the emperor and share her painful story with him. Because of that, Lucio sympathized with her, and her plot to becoming queen began.
(DUKE EPHRENY)
(by order of nobility: duke, marquis, count, viscount, baron)
Duchess Ephreny was the daughter of a Marquis and Duke Ephreny was the son of a Baron. When they were younger, he seduced her, spiked her drink, and raped her. When she became pregnant, she decided to marry him because she had no memories of the rape and was convinced she loved him. Keep in mind though, that Duchess Ephreny is a blood descendent of the Ephrenys so she has a general claim of all rights and wealth while her husband is only powerful because of his wife's last name. Soon after the Duchess bore a son and her husband went from Marquis to Duke. The reason he was able to gain such a high title was because he manipulated the previous empress Alisa. Because of him, Alisa began to hate Janet (Lucio's biological mother) which ultimately lead to her forcing Lucio to kill his own mother. Rosemond knows about this because of her past memories, so she uses it to blackmail Duke Ephreny.
There are 3 pillars in the kingdom. The chancellor of the three was the Dukedom of Oswins (empress Alisa's house). But because Ephreny manipulated the previous empress Alisa into committing treason, Duke Oswins secluded himself. This gave way for the Dukedom of Ephreny to climb to the top. Thus, Rose being adopted makes her a high-status woman of the empire, second only to Patrizia. Rosemond's plan is to become Princess of Ephreny, announce that Patrizia is infertile, and work to becoming queen dowager. She basically plans to become a widowed queen where she gets rid of Lucio after bearing his child in order to gain an immediate legal claim of the throne, through giving birth to the heir.
Patrizia and Lucio grow increasingly close especially when she sees Lucio hurting himself due to a psychological attack in the next chapter of the manhwa (chapter 48). They also keep coincidentally seeing each other in the garden at night, which is also where Lucio tells Patrizia about his past. This all happens while Rosemond went away to her parent's house so when she came back Lucio began to reject her because he started to side with Patrizia. Everyone who knew about his past would avoid or judge him, but Patrizia pitied him and didn't understand why he was so used to pain. He then falls for her kind and genuine personality as well as her capabilities as queen.
On the evening of the Nation's Founding, Rosemond is officially adopted as Duke Ephreny's daughter. Lucio and Patrizia are both close but awkward with each other, mainly because Lucio is starting to subtly act on his feelings by always being around Patrizia and constantly asking if she's tired or not (yes he's really falling in love with her and infinitely dumping that bimbo) but Patrizia doesn't know how to react to him. But while she's alone, Rosemond appears and suddenly talks about rumors of how Patrizia hadn't slept with Lucio yet. She then asks why Patrizia isn't pregnant yet and claims Patrizia could be infertile which makes Patrizia incredibly furious because infertility is a great taboo (see what happened to late empress Alisa) among the public. And with their culture (especially considering she's the queen) it defines her dignity as a woman as well. Patrizia slaps Rosemond a couple of times out of anger after she proposes they both have a fertility test to find out the truth. After the fight, Lucio pulls Rosemond away to talk. They argue and break up after Rose admits she was only making use of his trauma and that Patrizia would never love a man who killed his own mother.
Because of Rosemond's scandalous actions, the Council decides to have the fertility test but Patrizia refuses to take it. Lucio keeps desperately urging her to, but Patrizia doesn't listen because she was positive she isn't sterile. That's when she realizes why Lucio was acting strangely desperate. She connects the dots and finds out about Lucio's plan with Rosemond of getting a queen who couldn't give birth. Patrizia feels devastated and betrayed while asking him "How are you any different from empress Alisa?!" then leaves him alone. After returning to her palace, she orders her maids to find a perfume called stereen (?) and gift it to Rosemond. When Rosemond received it, she started using it a lot, thinking it was Patrizia's way of licking her shoes for mercy.
One evening, Rosemond enters Lucio's bedroom and makes Lucio drink an aphrodisiac in order to force him to sleep with her. At this point, Lucio is completely in love with Patrizia even though she absolutely hates him. So he leaves the room to restrain himself because Rosemond wasn't going to leave. By coincidence, he meets Patrizia outside. Seeing his state, Patrizia suggested he slept with Rosemond/maid/any woman in the palace but he didn't want to. So Patrizia decides to help him and they have their first night together.
Petronilla actually has memories of the previous timeline. Patrizia finds this out during Lucio's birthday banquet. Rosemond had changed the traditional birthday flowers to sage - empress Alisa's favorite flowers that by the scent and appearance, could give Lucio severe psychological attacks because of his PTSD. But Petronilla was able to change the flowers to amaryllis and exposes her past memories to Patrizia. Because of that, Patrizia finds confidence in finding a way to kill Rosemond. She was depressed knowing her efforts were wasted because she's infertile, but it became her strength because she realized that she finally had nothing else to lose.
Petronilla has an important role in helping Patrizia expose Rosemond. Because of her, the truth about January (Duke Ephreny's mistress) conspiring with Rosemond will be revealed. In the end, she manages to steal the letters Rosemond sent to January in order to provide them as evidence in court.
Patrizia is confused with her feelings after sleeping with Lucio, so she goes to her parent's home for a visit. On her way back to the palace, she's ambushed by assassins. Patrizia had purposely exposed the fact that she was leaving for her parents' home so she already expected the assassination to happen. And according to the plan, Patrizia has the royal guards save her while she purposely slices her arms and legs with a knife for better effect and to cause an uproar among the people about someone trying to harm the queen. When she returns to the palace, Lucio says it was Rosemond's plan because he heard her talking about the assassination with her maid. Rosemond is again sentenced to execution and Lucio whole-heartedly agrees with it. She tries to get Duke Ephreny to save her but Patrizia and Petronilla had compiled Rosemond's letters to January and sent them to Duchess Ephreny.
The Duchess's son with the Duke had died because of the illness so the Duchess was mentally unstable. And after returning to the empire and reading through the letters about her husband raping her, she kicks January and the Duke out of the mansion. So Rosemond then has no one to save her from execution. Days before her death, Patrizia confronts Rosemond about what she did to Duke Ephreny, January, and basically all her crimes. Rosemond claims she would survive because apparently, she was pregnant with Lucio's child. Patrizia then exposes that the perfume she gave Rosemond as a "gift" before had contained chemicals that could make her infertile. So Rosemond ultimately became infertile as well. After that, Rosemond is killed without delay.
Patrizia tells Lucio that she wants to step down from being queen. Lucio panics and begs her to stay. He always felt like he was alone in the palace but having Patrizia there made him feel like he wasn't (it was a very dramatic and emotional scene ngl. you could practically smell his mental state crumbling) In the end, Patrizia stays in the palace because (1) Lucio, as emperor, wouldn't let her, and (2) it wasn't that simple to just stop being queen.
In an effort to appease her, Lucio asks Petronilla about things Patrizia liked. Because Patrizia liked sweets/chocolate, Lucio asks the chef to teach him how to bake. He then keeps sending sweets to Patrizia that he baked on his own.
Petronilla tells Patrizia to stop staying in the past because her mission to save her family is complete. Petronilla admits that she did love Lucio (in the previous timeline) but it shouldn't stop Patrizia from loving him in the present because Lucio loved Patrizia and she wanted Patrizia to finally live happily. This is when Patrizia decides to accept her feelings for Lucio. Coincidentally that night, Lucio had another psychological attack. Patrizia goes into his room to comfort him and tell him she accepted his feelings. They slept together for the second time, but as lovers.
Anything after that is very fluffy husband-wife moments with Lucio still baking sweets for Patrizia from time to time. There's a scene during Patrizia's birthday banquet where she sees Lucio being seduced by a woman who wanted to be queen but he harshly rejects her. When he realized Patrizia saw him with the woman, he adorably tries to explain the situation frantically. They end up dancing on the balcony, having a steamy kiss, and also watching the fireworks together. Patrizia then, for the first time, tells Lucio that she loved him.
The last chapter of the original story is about Petronilla and Rothesay's wedding. Lucio and Patrizia are attending but in disguise. Other side stories after the main story are about (1) a coup de tat in the previous timeline after Petronilla died, (2) Rothesay's POV when he met Petronilla, and (3) Lucio and Patrizia's family life.
Patrizia and Lucio's family life is about Lucio being forced to choose a concubine in order to produce an heir because Patrizia was "infertile". Patrizia agreed to it but Lucio knew she was hurt and always cried a lot because the one thing she wanted was to have a child with the man she loved. Lucio promised she would be his one and only queen. When Patricia went to do charity, she met this old guy claiming he knew her and asked to see her later. During the concubine selection, Patrizia chose Lady Petunia among the candidates but she turns out to be another bitch that belongs to the street who openly insults Patrizia in front of everyone. Lucio then defends his wife and puts the bitch right where she belongs. Before Patrizia reselects another candidate, the old man from before arrived and exposed himself as the physician who conducted her health documents during the queen selection. Apparently, he heard Rosemond's plan in choosing the queen, so to save his daughter who was one of the candidates, he messed up Patrizia's fertility results.
Patrizia and Lucio then do the deed a lot of times (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ in order to make babies. Lucio joked about having 10 kids but Patrizia laughed saying it was impossible for her to give birth for 10 straight years. Lucio suggests they keep having twins to limit it to 5 years lol. One month later Patrizia is confirmed to be pregnant. Lucio kept feeding her berries and they kept being lovey-dovey.
Time skip 7 years later their first son Dylan wants to sleep with his mom. Lucio says you only sleep with someone you marry so Dylan says he wants to marry Patrizia. Lucio gets annoyed (cute) so Patrizia tells Dylan to sleep early and get tall because she likes tall people. Lucio has the AUDACITY to feel proud because he thinks he's pretty tall lmao. The three of them end up sleeping beside each other. Dylan then asks how babies were made and Lucio tells him if he wants a brother he should let him and Patrizia "hold hands alone". After that night Dylan keeps giving them time alone (⌒▽⌒)
Another time skip, Dylan has triplets as younger sisters; Regina, Ressie, and Raine. Lucio by this time is already in his 40s but Patrizia still describes her heart beating fast when she's with him despite them being together for 20 years already. Patrizia says none of the emperors throughout history have been as good to their queens as Lucio was to her. But maybe Dylan would break the record and Patrizia was really proud to have him as her son. Lucio also gets jealous since none of their children wanted to marry him, including his triplet daughters. All of them wanted to marry their mom.
The next night it's Patrizia's birthday and she's surprised with gifts. After opening them, the children tell Lucio and Patrizia to kiss. They kissed and lived happily ever after. The END
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The spoilers here are only the main events in the novel so I skipped out on the minor details that didn't affect the plot drastically.

Tory's actually a spy from the emperor's side. So when the 'ml' knew about that, she killed Tory on their wedding night. ( I'm not actually sure when he found out...haven't skimmed it through)
So basically, Tory was just pretending to be on the Ml's side from the beginning.
The reason why Tory is on Larriet's Birthday in her ragged attire is because, she stole
Princess Nigel's invitation under the command of Rupert (ML) - (To spy on the Bellua's?)
On their first timeline, Rupert didn't have any romantic inclination towards Tory. He just like her as a friend, but might actually be interested in Larriet (althought a little bit). Proof - he didn't kill her immediately just like what he did to her 'family'. He just only kill her later on, when she insisted and Rupert (emperor/ml) didn't want to see her like that.
Also, the major plot twist on the story - Larriet is not actually the real daughter of the Count Bellua. She's the daughter of the previous emperor and her adopted mother is a friend of the countess in which she entrusted the child to her. So technically, Lehan (adopted brother) is not her real brother, and actually like Larriet in their previous timeline (romantically), the reason he was distancing himself to her.
Also, Lichie, (Larriet's female friend with skyblue hair) secretly hates Larriet because Lehan likes her and actually knew that she was an adopted child.
(Previous Timeline)Her so called family wanted and insisted that she needed to become the empress together with Prince Arnulf as the emperor. So when Rupert become the emperor, they stagged a rebellion against him and died in the end. Larriet, didn't know this and loved them before she died.
In the previous timeline, things have change already. Larriet's intervention actually works and the emperor actually doted on her and spoiled his daughter very much~ I've read an mtl sidestory about the emperor and empress's daily lives.
Rupert actually likes to spoil his daughter Ellie (Elizabeth) but actually kinda jealous and secretly thinks that Larriet might actually love their daughter than him. Yay~
This is so long. I wonder if anyone wanted to read these? Lol

Nera is not doomed. She will use Gianni (father of her child) and manipulate him into helping her. She will change her eye colour into red. She will kidnapp Sophie and get the diary of Iris mother and manipulate the diary. She will use it and her new red eyes to say, that she is the lost daugther of the duke and it seems like she will be adopted from Iris real father/his familiy. They do not even question if it is the truth or search for the truth.
Iris got Sophie back but because she lost her memory nothing was cleared up. And Anikin seems not helpful either. When Sophie finally gets here memory back she goes to the duke and asks him about all this nonsense of Nera being his adopted daughter and all. The necklace Sophie protected from Iris aunt at the beginnig is the proof that Iris is his daugther.
Not sure if it is true, but there are spoilers that say, that it takes time till Neras downfall and it seems like the truth of the real daugther will be uncovered after Iris wedding with Ian. So Nera will stay with them for long.
Furthermore since Nera entered the dukes house his wifes health keeps getting worse and Nera even tries to kill Iris out of jealousy, because Iris seems doing very well and she gets stronger with her own strength and has true friend on her side.
Sorry for my bad english.

A spoiler stated that Ivona is now the true owner of the holy sword. If this is true I call bullsh*t! I'm all for a powerful FL, but to take away the power of the ML and give it to the FL to make her look better is a dick move! I understand that he went through a lot due to his mother and becoming the master of the holly sword. Even more reason for him to fight alongside her with it and become confident in his position. If Ivona is truly the master of the holly sword now I'm going to seriously flip. It's not okay to depower the ML just to make your FL more of a mary sue, beloved by all character. It's cheap writing is what it is.
Again, this is ONLY if the spoiler I read is accurate and not just a theory posed as a spoiler.

It is true that Cosette had the power to mindcontrole... however.. the father noticed said power on their first meeting and WAS NOT AFFECTED (he was prety much immune to mindcontrole).
Cosette is his daughter, in a sence... He had TWO wifes.. FL's mother and Cosette's mother aka the first wife.
The fater is a real piece of work.. He belives Neutrality is the meaning of existence for the household.. as it has had the Neutral symbol for generations..
The family of Fl's mother despiced the first-wife for stealing all the love of the father.. hence they made first-wife's life miserable, tarnished her reputation, bullied and even atempted assasination on her (FL's mother was not involved). The father let all of this happen... all to saty Neutral as he felt he MUST NOT CHOSE A SIDE.. in the end the first Wife was acused of being infertile, so to keep the peace he chased her out.
The First wife was not infertile and was in fact pregnant with twins, but the suffering she had to endure caused her to have hatred for the household and the Let it all happen husband. First wife swore vengeance on the household and offered her soul in returne for this. A Demon came to her and made a deal she give her soul and it would destroy the household, little did she know loosing her soul woul kill her and her unborn children.
First wife made the deal and lost her soul dying in the progess while highly pregnant, out of the twins (Boy and girl) the girl died with the mother leaving an empty shell for the demon to enter aka Cosette. The body was found and the kids were C-Sectioned out, the boy was alive and healther and the girl Cosette was never actualy born as she had no soul.
Cosette arives 15 year's later to fufill the deal of destroying the household, she does so by using her demonic power to brainwash normal humans, aka servants and friend of FL, the father however is not affected but choses to accept the new daughte... to keep Neutrality..
Fl actualy does have the family power but Cosette stals said power when it manifests (brainwashing the spirits to come to her), so everytime Fl uses the power it goes straight to Cosette making it llok like shes the one doing it.
Cosette starst all sorts of rumors about FL and even bullies her but acts like the victim and yet again the father does noting all to stay Neutral.
The reason the father slaped FL when she pulled a sword on Cosette was because servants were watching hench Fl tranished the family name and so he punished her for making him seen none Neutral..
WHen Fl is acused of being not being the father's child... Cosette uses the power to have ppl call fl a witch and demons, this causes people to call for her execution.
The father DESPITE KNOWING 100% that Fl is his kid goes with the majority to stay Neutral and not cause an uprore..
When the execution wote comes the father finaly choses a side... wotying to kill Fl all because Cosette has ben "proven" to be the saint... hence the other daughter bust the a demon or witch.. and must die.. He even says that Fl has done no Crime other than her birth..
After the execution of FL... hell came to earth and destroyed the kindome as the saint was no more..
The father works with a powerfull mage to turne back time, NOT TO SAVE FL but to save his household from falling to ruin... They cast a spell that will send their minds to their past selfs, but only one person will have all the memoried. The second person will only have fragments.... However because FL was the Saint her blessing caused an overide in the spell, giving FL all her memories and the father fragments ( this was not the intentions of the father).
All the fathers nightmares are past memory fragments...Oh and he still choses to saty Neutral.. and forces FL and Cosette to fight their difrences out without interfearing..
Fl end up abandoning the father to travel the world with her brother.

This might just be my interpretation of it but I think even in the old timeline the father favoured kiara just seemed like the stereotypical cold father that didn’t know how to show his love trope and when cosette “ proved” that she was the real daughter he honestly looked really shocked and honestly a little sad imo I’m willing to believe that cosette definitely manipulated him in some kind of way to get him to execute kiara in the previous timeline this is all just my opinion of course I just hope the father wasn’t actually that cold hearted ( ̄へ ̄)

ABOUT THE MALE LEAD: The ML who ends up with the FL is Daniel (the assassin king / final boss villain in the OG novel). MC makes contact with the other secondary MLs from the story and succeeds in saving them from their fate in the novel. They all become very close and are SUPER protective of her, but they love her like a little sister, NOT romantic love. Same for the FL, she cares about them and think they're handsome but it's not romantic. She only falls for Daniel.
THE FL'S ILLNESS: The illness is actually sustained by hatred. So basically because there are all these rumors about Princess Libertia being cold and evil, everyone in the kingdom hates her and that's causing the illness. Early on in the story (before it's discovered that the illness is caused by hatred) some of the other characters realize there's something weird about how the rumors about Libertia started/are spread and that there seems to be someone behind them. So someone was deliberately creating bad rumors about Libertia in order to fuel her illness.
THE REAL VILLAIN: Is Lisian's (Libertia's mother) uncle. He is actually extremely old because he found a way to extend his life: the blue flower that grows on the graves of those who die from the illness. As a result, he's been doing cruel and painful experiments on his female family members, including Lisian and Liberta + is the one who spread the rumors about both Lisian and Liberta being evil villainesses. Lisian was actually an innocent victim but because her family and uncle were so powerful + the emperor hated her because he was hung up on his first love and also believed the rumors about her, she had no one to turn to and could only try to protect her daughter on her own.
THE FL's REAL IDENTITY: The FL is actually Liberta's sister!! Lisian actually gave birth to two daughters, Liberta and Alicia. During their childhood, both daughters were experimented on but Alicia got it way way worse. Because of the experiments, Lisian had some powers. She gave part of her powers to her two daughters to try and protect them. Liberta couldn't stand seeing her sister suffer, so she used her powers to send Alicia to a different dimension (our world) where she'd be safe and happy, wiping Alicia's memories in the process. However, Liberta created the novel which served as a doorway between their two worlds. The novel worked both ways and Liberta could also see things happening in Alicia's life as well. She saw that Alicia was going to be murdered by a mugger and so that's why she brought Alicia back to their world and gave Alicia her body.

I couldn't wait for the novel translation, so caved and bought the ending. SPOILER
Rizi and Lucio are so freaking cute and wholesome in their side story. It really made me forget all the bullcrap Rizi had to go through. Lucio is 200% supportive of her and never let's her forget how much he loves her. Like the novel ended it where there were hints they'll have a happy and healthy relationship. But the side story really cemented it. It was sooooo sweet. It was also nice seeing how happy Rizi was. She got to act her age and just smile and laugh without worry. I've never seen her laugh as much as she did in her side story with Lucio. That man is a shameless flirt with Rizi lol.
When I got to the part where Rizi found out she wasn't barren, I was like oh dayum, you go girl. Rizi immediately canceled all her plans for the day and told her ladies in waiting she will be spending the rest of the day and night with the Emperor until tomorrow morning. She rushed off to the Central Palace (actually running) to pounce on Lucio lol. And I quote, "True to her words, she stayed with his Majesty until the next day." Aggressive Rizi? Heck yes.
The two of them end up having 1 son and 3 daughters (triplets). Haha Lucio gets his heart broken because all the kids when they're were around 7-8 all said they love their mom more and want to marry her. Lucio is like but what about your dad? Don't you love me too? And they're like, i like dad too, but I love mom more. Lucio looked so sad, Rizi laughs and consoles him but internally she's like, "I'm so proud of my kids." LOL.
Edit:
If you want to ready the novel up to chapter 126, you can find it here: https://wordexcerpt.com/series/lady-to-queen/
Chapter 31 of the manhwa corresponds to chapter 34 of the novel.
Chapter 127-140 (end) of the novel is available on patreon for $5.

[SPOILER]
The crown prince is the ML. In the first timeline, he realized that Veronica is a fake one and he fell in love with her. He kept his feelings a secret tho cuz if people realize that she gained his favor, it will be like an opportunity for the grand duke to gain support and more connection. He considered their child, Ian, as a mistake not becuz he hates him. Since Ian is a boy and already a potential heir, the grand duchy gained more support so basically his purpose for avoiding fake Veronica and not confessing his feelings was deemed useless.
Also, it seems like in the first timeline, he killed the real Veronica after the fake Veronica died and protected their baby.
“Ian, your mother. She was the most beautiful and well-bred woman in the world. So let's remember. Even though she lived as a shadow, she was a better queen than any other. Only you and I should not forget, Ian. Do you understand?"
But in the end, he was killed (not sure) by the grand duke as revenge for killing his daughter.
