GUYS STOP! It doesn't matter if Naruse says he's taken or not it only matters that he says no and Yanagi is fine with being rejected, if Yanagi was a good person he would let Naruse be after. If someone rejects you it could be that they're not interested in you it doesn't have to be that they have a lover, also Naruse gets to decide who he tells about his relationship not you guys that's private information that he can keep to himself if he wants to.
