I don’t get it, weren’t they distant cousins or something? Why is he asking MC to call him brother?? I’m guessing it’s a “hyung” thing when they show how close they are that was translated badly (this is why I always prefer when they keep in manwhas “oppa” “hyung” “noona” “ahjussi” rather than literally translating it)
