Sooo did anybody else read this last chapter like, 5 times in a row?

Sooo is it just me, or does Blair seem a bit of a flat character? I mean, her interactions always Seem to come across as talking down to Chloe. Like she’s talking to a small child instead of a young adult.
I'm sure it's unintentional. But imo, I think she's trying to treat Chloe as a friend without crossing the line.
