This definitely doesn't deserve a low rating. While it's not perfect, the stories are beautiful and haunting. Almost every story portrays a sense of longing, loneliness, of things left unsaid, but still manages to somehow leave you with a sense of hope.

The manga is my absolute fav. the kind I keep rereading and continue to compare all other shounen to, so I avoided the movies. My curiosity's starting to get to me though, so I gotta know, can I risk it? Or is it Dragon Ball bad.
