Honestly y’all hate Ginny so much. We already know she’s neither good nor bad. And we do know that if someone is truly in danger, she will save them. But she’s not gonna sugarcoat shit and be nice all the time. She looks out for herself, and for others in her own way

So if you mean character development in terms of somehow continually getting worse as a person. Then yes. He does. And I can only pray as I continue to read this novel that he dies a horrible painful death. He needs to burn and feel the fiery pits of hell. So from what I understood was that the human kids and the (demonic) kids hang out together and so when the human were evacuating the village, the (demonic) kids looked like human kids cuz they had their cloaks on and so they ended up being evacuated from the village to somewhere else. Hence the accidental child abduction
