I can’t help but compare this to the movie and its killingggg me. like I do kinda like how it’s getting more into erik/chris but also like???? christine would NEVER LOL. she loved her man and she always went back to him. chris talking abt love reminds me of another series where the protag did smth similar and i thought it was so annoying. like he kept saying how much he loves his partner but he’d been doing all this stuff with erik since early on???? like??? also I’m really hoping they actually make erik look “ugly” or “monstrous” bc I’m so tired of characters being described as that and they have like a scar or smth
