The document handed to In-Sebo was his password and ID. When Woo goes back to the room and looks at the yellow envelope he realized that he messed up by allowing the document being delivered. The first thing that crossed his mind was that In-Sebo ran way to the states. At this point her rages and run all to the lobby asking if anyone saw him, starts looking for him. (My minds a bit foggy on this part not sure if he gave up and went back to the room or grabbed In-Sobe in the lobby and drag him back to the room). Then he r**es him very aggressively. When everything is said and done. In-Sobe shows him the cake and says happy birthday.
What actually happened was In-Sobe looked at the passport and realized that it's Woo birthday. Looks at the time and decided that he can be back before Woo returns. He goes out to look for a bakery to buy a cake to wish Woo a happy birthday. He finds the bakery but lost his way and since he had no phone to let Woo know he was lost or look up directions he just wanders the street until he finds a landmark that looks familiar and makes his way back to the hotel.
What a huge misunderstanding.
