If you choose the baby over yourself at the verge of dying, sure. If wooyoung choose himself over chacha, sure. In life everyone choose differently according to their circumstances. Taking consideration that chacha is premature baby, more complications will come and there’s no guarantee chacha can survive let alone without the mother (in omegaverse the bonding between parents, partner are quite strong).
Wooyoung on the other hand pretty strong to survive and his health only deteriorated bcos of pregnancy, it’s only fair for him to think further into the future and decide as such. It’s not bcos he’s young or whatnot, but after thinking with his reasoning, he choose what he want and express it and admit how selfish it is but it’s truly what he want.
for this story, this is how the plot that authornim wanted. If you think of a different decision than you have the right to do so, and same goes with what’s happening in this story, it is their right of what decision to make.
You are free to disagree but pls remember that there are people opposite to you and will act the same like wooyoung. But don’t hate them and try to look at the circumstances of what brings them into a different thinking unlike yours.
This. This is exactly it. One should not make judgements on cases like these because, even if you have been through something similar, you are NOT the same as the other person going through it. There will always be differences. Making a choice like this is a very hard decision and it is tough on everyone involved. Instead of people judging them, they need people who will support them. People who will not turn their back.
