ok this might seem rlly weird but listen to my experience lmao so i have BED which is binge eating disorder right, it was really hard to eat OR lose weight because i would just eat so much without stopping. people are always like "calorie deficit" bla bla "exercise" but those things literally don't matter untill you do this CHANGE YOUR MINDSET!!!......   1 reply
