If you go to ch 76 it says on the very last page “to be continued”
The main story is completed which is why there was a “the end.” But it will continue to upload new chapters as long as the author writes these side stories :)!
Well this is just a side story so yes the original manga is completed but the side story isn’t which is why it said to be continued
