I read a different scanlation translated by a different team, and they used "I'll fuck you to death" which definitely made many fangirls fan themselves over the one used here.

It’s bc the person who did that specific chapter translated the Chinese version, which would’ve been less accurate than the original Japanese. That’s not to say I don’t appreciate their work though

I actually prefer this one. I loved how it made him so twisted, rather than the perfect boy he was originally protrayed as. I was pretty dissapointed when I found out that that was a misstranslation. So, for me, this version is iconic.
