Every chapter leaves me thinking "ok, but what the point/ plot?"

I was expecting it but idk why seeing the picture of chief kwak in "R.I.P mode" while scrolling down got me laughing *sleep deprived *
I think he kinda killed him in a whim tho. Probably didn't think anything when he killed him, but i'm sure hes 'regretting' it. (I know he doesn't care if he kills but he must find it annoying that police is going to start investigating)
That dude is killing me lol he's there witnessing a lovers quarrel, almost got punched but his only thought about the whole situation is "his ex's hot" i'm amazed!!
