Sorry, translation of names are acceptable if there is an English equivalent like 'Steven', otherwise... ughh 'Tranquil' and 'Dreamy' are completely out.
In MαngaToon (Vampire Charming) they're called Nancy (Tranquil) and Mandy (Dreamy)

Reason being: Those blurred out text makes it evident that she didn't hear what he said since she spotted her brother. But from what I could make out, the text said "...you, Miss Melissa. // I just wanted you to know that." Could be just me, but that honestly sounded like he was finishing off a confession.
So her expression turns sour after she saw her brother and Nine could take it as a reaction to his confession.
