I feel your pain. Unrequited love for years for me. It's really painful and somehow you just can't forget about them... You just end up thinking that you're not GOOD enough. Yaoi manga is my only way to face the harsh reality.

I think the people we fall for are just not who we are meant to be with, but I'm rooting for you to find happiness(in something other than BL lol I'm the same)!!!

Warning to everyone who is reading this right now! Rant ahead! Don't want to read a rant then. Stop. Here. And, yes, at this point you have been given more warning than was given to almost all other people who have complained about other stories and then been accused of being whiners for reading something they've NEVER been warned about (oops?):

This is a happy ending? Hmm sounds more like a clichéd rape apologetic depressing ending to me. I believed someone when they said it was going to get better. Guess I should start thinking the exact opposite of what people say on here. Even if they really are telling the truth. That way people won't illogically complain about someone reading something that they didn't know they wouldn't like before reading. The only happy ending would be Sotarou losing his memory and not liking rapist victim blamer Satoi anymore.

He's a victim blamer precisely because he all but accuses Soutarou of being a coward. For one because he really ISN'T a coward. Satoi is the coward. He has all the luck in life then accuses someone who has been frequently hurt in life to the point that they withdraw so they WON'T be hurt anymore (which is the exact OPPOSITE definition of cowardice. Ktbn) of being a coward. For two because he then goes on to rape him so he won't BE like that anymore yet STILL wonders why Soutarou thinks he would fall in love with someone who ISN'T like the part of Soutarou he apparently dislikes and erroneously (because it's actually, obviously, the COMPLETE opposite) believes hurt HIM????

Satoi is a complete and utter jerk who is the type to damn someone if they do AND if they don't. Double whammy of yet another gaslighting abuser. Ugh.

The only stories worth reading are the third and fourth stories. The uke in the second story was another victim blamer as well as a bully who believes his victim needs to be forgiven for something that is NOT the victim's fault and is actually directly the UKE'S fault, even if only in one circumstance. After all, one circumstance is one too many. Kaythxbainow.

Well.. If you don't like the way the mangaka made the storyline, the characters, just stop reading it.. It is that simple..
You don't have to mock the characters for being a rapist or whatever.. Because that is what the mangaka want to interpret from the characters and the storyline..
Every people has its own circumstances.. Every one's way of thinking and how accepting things is different..
Satoi feel that he is accepted by Soutaro for what he really like (crossdressing).. And it is the same for Soutaro.. He feel that there is someone who still want to be with him.. Despite him being a coward (from what I see), but Satoi only try to help Soutaro to change too..

I can't explain it way better than this because of my bad English..
Just accept it, if you can't, just go away and read other BL stories out there..
If you don't like it, you don't have to tell every detail that you don't like about in the story..
Don't make other people feel down just because you can't accept it.
There is still many people who like the story and don't fvckin care, because we just want to see the characters get a happy ending even if from the viewpoint irl, it doesn't make sense at all..

I kind've get what you're saying. I feel the same but I still like the story and how it ended. xD I didn't like how Satoi basically said "spread your legs if you want me to stay." But the uke isn't all that innocent in the later pages he is pretty superficial when it comes to making his nerdy friends jealous of his cute b/f. But of course Satoi crushed that xD by dressing like a boi.
