i fully understand skylar's anger. was his wording below the belt? yes, definitely. it seems to me that skylar has turned to harsh words and violence as his protection all these years. but i can't completely fault him because he does have a lot of unresolved issues within himself, and at the end of the day, cirrus lied and continued to lie to him. trust is an important thing to him and he felt betrayed. period. now for cirrus... ah. hearing that from someone you've completely bared yourself to, must have hurt like a fcking truck. he was wrong, he knows, i know, everyone knows. his lies and the faced he created was kind of his protection also. however just like clockwork, his actions are finally showing consequences. i don't know, maybe this is just me self-projecting, but i don't think i can really hold these things against them. they're just troubled teenagers trying to navigate life after it failed them multiple times in the past. i just rly hope one day both of them heal from their growing pains and traumas, they truly deserve that peace.
