I feel like some of y'all see the tag (or comments) "Rape" and be like "Shall we test that out; Maybe the tag is there by mistake". They made tags for a reason.
Y'all, thousands of people have already read this and you decide to go against your taste and then come and complain about the "Rape to Love" trope.
Humans like to complicate stuff. If you don't like it, then ignore it. Yes, everybody is entitled to their opinion but then again why give the negative feedback if you jumped in the water yourself? You know you cannot swim and you still go and jump to the deep side, why though? (never mind the irrelevant comparison ).
You don't like it but you read it - give it your rate or better yet just ignore it.
Unless you have constructive criticism on how the author can improve (plot, character development, etc) for future reference... I don't understand why be so negative. And this why authors may have stress and sometimes even wanna quit or whatever.
Wanna test your taste - then read. You don't like it - leave. Simple. Easy.
