This might be a bit unpopular opinion, but I don’t really care for mc.. He’s whiny, mostly passive until kinda aggressive, trauma/drama is not interesting.. I don’t like him being that small either. I would have even preferred him to stay fat, I am just tired of this trope. Dohyun on the other hand is such an interesting character!! I liked omega complex much more, there was some real chemistry between Dohyun and main character of OC!! Like I felt it in my stomach. During this I sadly feel nothing, there is no chemistry and no reason for Dohyun to like mc. But I like Dohyun so I will keep reading.

I'm obese in real life and while I totally respect your opinion and understand other people's desire for change and representation, I would never want to read a story like this with fat or massive obese main characters, because those BL are a pause from reality for me. If I want to see fat, the only thing I need is a mirror.

Yeah their opinion it's soo valid and there's nothing wrong with that type of thinking ヾ(☆▽☆) you know... why don't we just let people think that just because they don't like fat people they can decide whether they appear in TV or not or better just because they don't like gay people, its better they don't appear in literature what do you think hehe :)
It's better stop people with that type of opinion of thinking that it's right or that they have a safe place to share said opinion.
Just because they are obese it does not mean that they can't be fat phobic and have stupid opinions.
I know it wasn't the right approach but I don't care.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/a3/u3459142_50x50.jpg?2)
i think you misunderstood something, I don't think that the person who wrote the comment is a fat phobic since their fat themselves, I think that they only reads to avoid their reality and that there's nothing wrong with a fat person working on themselves, it's like when your life is sad so you avoid reading angst bc you just want some comfort, they didn't mean than fat ppl don't have the right to appear in a story or be an mc, they just said that they wouldn't prefer reading it bc it will remind them of their suffering.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/fb/u170447_50x50.jpg?2)
Not because they're fat they can't be fat phobic it's like a racist person saying that they can't be racist because they have a black friend, they are sharing a fat phobic opinion and you are endorsing it.
And in the comment the person explicitly says that they don't like fat mc and they are clearly not working on themselves because you can read the disgust they have for fat people.

Well not liking the mc for being "basic" but liking the ml even tho he's the same idk you might have other internal issues good luck with that but lemme tell u it'll bring you nothing to read something where you dislike the main character you don't have to like him but to keep reading it? You're self sabotaging yourself just let it go man
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/6b/u105000_50x50.jpg?2)
The thing is I don’t find ml basic but refreshing, he’s interesting mix of cunning and kind. But maybe you are right and I should stop reading but I am hoping for a change I guess? But I don’t know why you felt comfortable to assume I have internal issues that os such a weid thing to say to someone just pointing their opinion about comic

Jo’s character is going to be ruined for me if he doesn’t save that man. What is the point of Jo if he’s just a new TJ? This is happening all over again, like first time Ian killed a person and TJ ”protected” him. I am TJxIan shipper, but when it comes to JoxIan I want them to be a healthy pair, or not at all. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/6b/u3342427_50x50.jpg?2)
Correction: Ian first kill was David. Tj did not protect him because Ian was able to protect himself and not get caught. Tj ""helped"" Ian on his last kill but it wasn't really helping/protection at all, he used it to put Ian indebt/hold him down with money.
My thought: I hope Jo didn't save that man because I'm ready for his moral confliction. This is noir and Jo should be a character with balance flaws of a good person who hold dark motives (kinda like an in-between, like the mc from the equalizer)
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/6b/u105000_50x50.jpg?2)
I meant TJ protected him more like mentally by being someone to hold on not like really really protected, and like you said he has had bad motives all along.
I don’t find it convincing if Jo turns now into a very morally gray character, there hasn’t been really enough foreshadowing for him being THAT bad (helping with murder). They have showed his jealousity much though, so I can see that pushing him to a worse person, but if you really think his past it doesn’t make sense for him to turn into monster like Ian or TJ..
I have to reread this though I have read it only once and started when there were only a few chapters so maybe you have some point I have missed. I don’t think that will change my hope for Jo to be a good person though, I only like him when he’s nice :D

I am laughing it is so funny that the entire comment section is 95% fighting about ships and like 5% people being mad at others for not focusing on plot. I have no idea what is happening on the plot (like in all mafia comics like someone here already said). Our brains are not braining but we can at least appreciate hotness and complex characters
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/6b/u105000_50x50.jpg?2)
Some people seem to think that TJxIan shippers don’t understand the toxic context they formed their relationship. We do. It is arrogant to assume that just because someone finds character or situation hot, they don’t get what is going on. Tbh I think all main characters are toxic, TJ and Ian are just way more fucked up. If you are looking for a healthy relationship, you need a different series. Of course JoxIan is much ”healthier” but think them irl fr, if I was Jo’s friend I would say run boy, run. I think TJ and Ian match in toxicity, they might not get their happy ending but I am here for their heart-wrecking angst.
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/8f/u3705133_50x50.jpg?2)
I totally agree with you. However, I believe toxicity comes from the relationship dynamics, not from ppl/characters themselves. That's why I can't find either ships desirable. Ian is an addict who now takes TJ as his drug, basically. TJ is an obsessive guy now totally focused on Ian. Not the yandere type of obsession, but every decision we see him making has Ian on the background. The obsession for an addiction feeds the addiction for an obsession and vice versa, leaving no room for growth, change or even love. Jo had a more fullfilling life than those 2 and even though he tries to drag Ian to his side of life, sharing experiences and interests, he is aware that his initial curiosity about Ian may be turning into obsession due to an uneasiness caused not only by TJ, but also by all the secrecy Ian keeps about himself and his past life. Either Jo steps back for a moment how many times it takes, or he will break in the process of trying to win Ian. But hey, this is all fictional, therefore anything may happen including a cow coming from space and shtting on everyone's heads
Anyway, remember Ian and Jo stargazing on the rooftop? Remember the story Jo told about that star or moon or planet or whatever it was? I believe it was a hint about the future of the story and one of the 3 will die in the end. Just a guess though...
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/6b/u105000_50x50.jpg?2)
I love your analysis, much better than I could do and overall on point. I would argue that dynamics are the cause of toxicity in a way you mentioned, but the situation makes the characters act in a very toxic manner. But deep down they are not completely bad people but somewhere in the grey area.. For me Ian and TJ are the peak of this comic bc of their ”unbreakable” connection, it kinda fills the fantasy of ”longing”. The deep sad desire to be so close to somebody but never quite able to just hits different. The tension in their expressions is kinda unmatched in the world of yaoi, that draws me in.
But I totally need to read that one again good observation omg!!
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/8f/u3705133_50x50.jpg?2)
No one is completely good or bad, we all have both sides. But our good and/or bad traits surface only when we connect and interact with somebody else, who will reveal their own good and/or bad traits when connecting and interacting with us. The best example of this is that teacher we once had in a subject we didnt find particularly interesting, but who was so enthusiastic in their lessons that made us actually pay attention and have better grades than what we expected to have. We also had that teacher who was so bland and boring to the point of making us ditch class and hate something we used to like. But fact is neither us or our classmates are ppl who usually dedicate themselves to something we dont like only to dismiss something we actually like. That comes from what happens when 2 ppl interact. Just like you said, the situation makes characters/ppl act in a certain manner.
Ian for me is the most interesting character of the story till now exactly because we can see his both sides. We already know Ian the kid, the model, the addict, the slut, the killer, the gang member, the outkast, the guy who wants to change, the mysterious neighbour, the guy who went stargazing and camping for the first time, the helper and Im sure Im forgetting something. I wishthe author gives him a fullfilling future with a happe ending!

Okay first off, I want Karino to suffer. But still, I liked the fact that he doesn't pity Azusa. Azusa has his pride, he always does, no matter what Karino does to him or at least I see it that way. Ahh, it would be just perfect if Karino turned out to be a target/his father shows up and makes Karino suffer and then, Azusa would help him when he needs it the most. Azusa would be better than Karino, much better, and then Azusa would just leave him behind and then Karino would feel pitiful and really respect Azusa (︶︿︶)=凸

That sounds so out of a drama don't think it'll happen lol
This is it. This is the stuff I am here for. I love Geumsun and 704 and their chemistry. 704 is just giving Geumsun crumbs and I love that Geumsun cannot overpower 704 even if he tries. I love that Geumsun fell in love with 704 even if he’s ”a new person” now. I want to 704 also fall in love slowly, but not by gaining memories, that would be such a letdown..
I'm almost certain 704 has already fallen for Geumsun in his reaper/new mind. Don't you remember that 704 got jealous and upset when Geumsun mentioned that seeing 704 reminded him of someone else that he loved dearly in the past? I even remember they did it afterwards and while at it 704 said something like "look at me. Thus is who you're fucking right now" and that screams jealousy and not acknowledged feelings lol
found the chapter! lol he was sulking so much
