Sometimes, I really find it annoying when maids or people around the mc do this in stories, “oh are you going on a date? Even if you say no it’s definitely a date” like she said no, and that she didn’t want to walk around with the knight or the prince and it kinda feels forced or unnecessary and unnatural. If someone around me did that I would tell them straight up to please shut up
I've said this before but i really dont like when a side character is like that to anyone in the story. What i mean is when she said she didn't want to go to the guys party and both her maids were like "but you have to go!" they basically ignored her and she had to say no around three times. it feels pushy, annoying, and rude, especially if you say it to your employer. Idk maybe its just me, but if someone was like that to me i would not be able to stand it.
Same! I even dropped one of the manhwas recently due to similar reason. The fl was a strong and reliable character, but one day her maids were forcing her to wear sexy nightdress on her wedding night. They even burnt her old ones just so that she will have no choice but to wear it. Well ofc the ml and her blushes and they became closer yada yada, but the pushiness irks me so much!! I hate that the storyline is going that way when she is supposed to be someone who have complete control of her life and her surrounding gaahh.. Sorry for the long rant btw and i forgot the title of the manhwa as well lol
yes like the maids should've know their limits and boundaries, she's the master here.
It is irritating.
What's the title of that manga ??
Yess!! i wanted to say this but i was afraid that someone was going to point out how they can be friends with her, which is valid, but like even friends shouldn't be so pushy, and shes not even super close with the maids she's just friendly with them.
even friends shouldnt go too far even if its a joke or smth, am i right? cause i def hates when someone trying to push me w something i dont like..have some respect with ppl decision, its not that hard..its her choice btw, not theirs.
I understand and completely agree, i was honestly a little afraid of how people might think that im looking too much into it and how its not a big deal, but ive honestly been noticing it a bit more in a bunch of the reincarnation stuff that i've been reading like in the one called "I'll just live on as a villainess" when the maid tries to insist that she should go out on a date
i feel you,its kinda disturbing ngl
