The power Diana had in the original story was actually Ancia's, but was transferred to Diana because Ancia died. Also Ancia is the original reincarnation of the godess of light. Only if she uses the power the curse will be lifted. Since Diana is not the godess she can only help Blake, but future generations will still have the curse. You can say that the power Diana had was incomplete since she wasn't the original owner of it. Which means only Ancia has complete power and can get rid of the curse for good.

I think it will happen when they get older. If you mean Ancia's and the rabbits' relationship, then it will be really good, not sure about the details, but the rabbit prince will grow up to be very attached to Ancia and it will develop to love. It will take some time for Ancia to realise her relationship with him and her feelings. Blake will always have only Ancia in his eyes and no matter who appeared, Ancia was his only eternal love. As for relationship between Ancia, Diana and prince rabbit, it's also very good. Diana is a sweet girl who truly loves Ancia. In the original story Diana got close to Blake only because she felt bad for him and blamed herself for Ancia's death. So she decided to be his maid and try to help him as much as she can in her sister's place. In this timeline Diana will be on Ancia's side and after she refuses to spy on Ancia and Blake, her father will beat her. I think Ancia's and Diana's father is a son of a bitch and probably on the Duke who wants to take the throne side. Since he gives no damn about Ancia he wants Diana who had a good sister relationship with her, to be a spy. Probably that was also that piece of shit's idea aka Duke's son. In the future their father and the Duke will probably try to take down both Ancia and Blake. Diana who had nowhere to go after being abandoned by her father, was taken in by Ancia and Blake to their place
