I have a very very soft spot for yeongwon coz wdym despite all the bs and hardships in his life, he still manages to give that freaking adorable sunshine smile. i really cant blame seoin for falling in love coz god damn! that smile? that face? he is very caring too and very very sexy in a manly way (i looooove that he has short hair we need more short hair uke representation!)

Good Lord, Yeongwon really settled this for me when the manhwa started with him on the very first few panels (his iconic blue buttonup while helping the old lady). I beamed up coz short hair???? Oh Im about to EAT!!! Then everything just fell into place and he is such a good contrast to Seoin's feminine features. they compliment to well.

The update in art just made me a total sucker coz yeongwon's effect on me went from a 100 to a million. MF the closeups of him??? I think i screenshotted almost every panel with him. (if only you guys see my pinterest search T.T) I LOVE HIM SO MUCH OMG SOMEONE SEDATE ME! ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

this is some gorgeously done backstory. most graphic novels with shitty characters like Seo-In mostly have the most shallow and/or overdone backstory justifications, but this one... perfect. GORGEOUSLY DONE. the author really REALLY did a good job in emohasizing the roots of his behaviors and overall vaguely shown obsession for Yeongwoon in the present (and no, most of the said actions are still not correct)—it's so well-done. not only from the very complex family dynamics, but ESPECIALLY the way the author emphasized his pure, intense pining, devotion, codependence, obsession, and love for Yeongwoon. HE ADORED, TREASURED, AND LOVED THE FUCK OUT OF HIM EVER SINCE, ALL THOSE YEARS. the codependence was so beautiful in a sense.
just. aghh the emphasis on his devotion and pining for Yeongwoon ever since. PERFECT.
oh so rooting for them.

I'm kind of finding it hard to asSsEsS (lmao) if his borderline intense begging and gaslighting could be considered as such as he was doing it—because on one end I think he's just a hopeless fuck who's beyond deranged and desperate, that he's just crazily fucked and at an unhinged level of desperate as in he has no capacity to be conscious and acknowldge his selfishness (dude, to confess that he DOESN'T care if he were to be loved sincerely, so long as he can have any ounce of Sammyeong's attention is another fuckin level, not to mention asking Myeong to kill him); but at the same time whenever he "calms" down, it's also as if it's orchastrated and he knows he can eventually break Myeong and knows Myeong couldn't completely resent him, which negates my initial thoughts that he has no capacity to consciously see all the wrongs (meaning he can, and yet he just does shit maliciously anyway because he's obsessed and evil like that).

I'm wondering if what's the trajectory... will the author show that he has the capacity to know morals and he's just blinded by his obsessed head; or that he's obsessed but at the same time he knows he's wrong but he's just evil like that?
