He said were you waiting for me (roughhhhh translation on my part). Chan said he took the dog on the walk. lol Then, Yul answered well if you were here waiting for me, I was going to give you a hug. Chan responds with I am here for you as well, and so give me a hug! lol Then, he just kissed him.
Let's be honest Ham has been pawing at him quite a bit since the confession. The only reason he was holding back was fear, and he found his courage through alcohol. I hope there's more to it the kiss even though I did scream when i saw it. lol
