I would say http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/crash_into_me/ because I automatically thought about lover boy while reading it. Absolutely not the same plot but damn it gives me 100% the vibes. Really really nice art, b/w and plenty of feelings and angst (an angst that idk why it reminded me of lover boy lol)
