im not really sure if the title has something to do with ocean or water but it's all about uke having feelings for seme. the thing is seme knew about it but kept dating women, i forgot about the reason though. i feel like they were childhood friends (?) . plus if my memory serves me right the characters are teens-early adulthood (?)
