Yea the first chapter (prologue) of this yaoi is the couple in the “present day”, where they’ve both graduated and something bad happened between them that made them break up.
After the prologue, starting from ch.1 the story is a flashback of how they ended up falling apart

Not 100% sure, coz I too read it from a spoiler.....He's not the baby's dad. In fact he never even slept with the uke . He's doing all this coz he loves the uke and wants to stay by his side .
