There actually was some sexual cheating but it was VERY early in the relationship and wasn't a major plot point. Their relationship just wasn't fully defined yet.

Back then, it was just a responsibility of him to sustain the mc's life so he wouldnt die (cos their lives are linked). So he slept w/ a woman to drink blood. When the mc noticed the scratch marks, he drove him away and yep. That's where the development of their relationship started.
I'm 100% NO NO into cheating or anything that feels like it. But this one, there's not a feeling of that at all. So i hope you try it. its safe ^^

I think there are some missing pages because from what I remember, the Seme found out that his brother fired the Uke through the Kid, and the brother actually apologized and thanked the Uke for making him realize how important true love is or something like that.
There was actually a closure/resolution about it.
But after they compiled all chapters into pages, they seem to have cut that part out.

I don't think he would take advantage of SY again like that. Last time he did it he felt regretful and wanted to apologize but didn't since SY didn't remember anything.
