It’s an old yaoi manga.
It’s a one shot and is part of a one shot collection.
Plot: Historical yaoi, where Uke was once part of a royal/elite family. The Seme’s sister worked for Uke’s fatner, and Seme was assigned to take care/babysit the Uke when they were young. Sadly, without the Uke knowing, his father was a sexual predator, and SA’d the Seme’s older sister (and other household maids). After this, Seme’s sister unalived herself and Seme swore to take revenge on Uke’s father.
Fast forward to the story, the Uke’s family name and wealth have all been tarnished, and Uke’s mother has fallen ill, so Uke had no choice but to sell himself. Unbeknownst to the Uke, it was all the Seme’s doing as a form of revenge.
Seme actually loved the Uke but was blinded with revenge, so he continuously paid for the Uke to spend time with him and humiliating the Uke as revenge.
That’s all I can remember help me find it pls
It’s a short story, whete the Uke is always sad because his boyfriend (Seme) always prioritizes his “best friend “ more than the Uke. But the Uke can’t confront the Seme over it, because he thinks that the Seme loves his Bestfriend.
It's this one chp 1-3-

I didn’t think I’d feel satisfaction from Annette understanding, and forgiving him easily.
I don’t know why, but at first I really want Heiner to suffer so bad he loses everything he has.
Then I realized, he had nothing in the first place.
This was the first time he had something utterly significant (his role as a savior and General and having Annette as his wife).
I still can’t quite put my finger in it, but I don’t feel pissed when Annette hugged him, cried for him, and well kinda forgiven him.
exactly what i felt!
Likewise. I think the story as a whole is so beautiful. Theres so much emotion and compassion and everything else that could make you feel so much. The more you examine the story as a whole rather than the individual characters in it, you’ll understand that theres nothing to really hate. The struggles and challenges along the story was just a significant obstacle to help create the perfect ending. I knew, you knew, we all knew they were going to end up back together. Of course it wouldn’t be such a happy ending for others but if you empathized with the characters, you’d understand neither person is at fault and nor are they perfect humans. This manhwa has such a long deep dive into so many perspectives and harsh realities of the world that takes you away from focusing on the characters. It’s definitely in my top tier list of good written manhwas.
