It's bl shounen ai where they're both living together. The uke has a cat blood and has an older brother(also a cat) who's been taking care of him. I think he got lost somehow and the seme took him in thinking that he's a cat. But then he turned into a human but they continued living together. I think he is kinda special cause he can't control transforming into a cat and can barely hide his cat features like ears and tail whenever he's in human form. Whenever they go out like getting groceries, they attract attention and the public think they're dating (not yet I think AHHAH). The seme is a comic illustrator as far as I remembered and has been earning for the both of them. The uke's older brother also has his special someone, his teacher hehe.
