YES, THIS. I know you all want to save Aaron, and you can call MC an asshole all you want but he's still right. Aaron knows the skill and level gap between him and his teammates and he's easily discouraged by it. Han picked his team based on their strong mentality, so if Aaron just gets his shit together and figure out what else he can do to gain skills and get stronger then maybe he can stay.
