no, mitsuki only appeared in his grandpa's, his uncle's, his mom's and his own dream according to what their subconscious was longing for. he just appears to lead people to love. mitsuki only had an actual physical relationship with sousuke out of all the people he visited in their dreams.

I decided to finish this because of the fact the anime had an ass ending. Anyways the anime and manga both I love so very much. This story holds a special place in my heart that no anime ever could. One of the first animes I've ever watched. The ending was so beautiful I hope everyone has a happy life like them:)
