I think the thing I like the most about this is that she’s learning from her previous life, in her previous life she was a soldier because she didn’t have any respect for women in high society and didn’t want that for herself. However after seeing how women who had wealth were pigeonholed into this role she gains a new respect for how they weaponized it, how a woman with social power could be just as dangerous as a soldier. I also like how she isn’t really changing so much as learning, she’s still willing to use violence when it’s necessary even if she’s approaching a completely new battlefield.

I was originally against the way she accepted her new role because it sounded like it came from an appreciation of the role itself that women were originally pigeonholed into. But I realized now from your comment that she is actually only appreciating the way they ADAPTED to that role and the fact that this role is not imposed upon them by their own choice in any way. It's unfortunate however that she feels she's being taken over by the feelings and emotions of the previous owner of this body but, then again, this does explain what I've often said about FL's reincarnated into another person's body.
