But I kinda hope they end up being life long friends instead of lovers. I feel as though having them fall in love would be beyond difficult for the both of them since they'd be really wrapped up in the whole "if he's disabled AND gay he'll be bullied twice as hard" trope.
Also, I really just don't see anything in their relationship that goes beyond platonic, the most was the cuddling after drinking and the little side comic of Ishida cross dressing (which was amazing).
Maybe sensei will continue this and they'll slowly fall in love as they go through their lives together, but for now I'm just glad I read something so beautiful that reminded me to treasure what I have already. Lol if you read till the end of this comment then good job, consider taking a moment to think about someone that makes you happy and tell that person what they mean to you (it's always nice to tell someone you love them <3).
