He knows who the fuck he is and at the same time he's very considerate of others. I'd rather be rejected by someone like him than someone who gives false hopes. It saves time. Lol.
I really don't give a fck about any of the characters tbh. All of them are deliberately unlikeable (except maybe for the violet-haired friend of mc). Mc and doctor are just awful people but to their credit, they deserve each other.
