23 is up now. It does happen sometimes. Fake updates sometimes are bec there really was a chapter, then it got deleted for some reason. i believe for Yours to Claim, there was a fan translation that was uploaded then it got deleted.

I think I was able to read chapter 23 then when I check now it's gone. And of course a lot complained of the false notification. Maybe it was deleted.
