A short but an amazing read. I enjoy how you just continuously find out new things, which keeps your attention. His feelings for Rita didn't feel displaced or forced, which a lot of times does happen in these stories. The ending didn't feel unresolved for me or like it needs more. If this story did continue I'd be happy, but even as it is now it's still a wonderful and fulfilling piece.
The amount of rape and sexual assault is appalling and the way women were written in this story was so poor. Who even were the vampires? Did they even really matter? And did Kurono's family really not question the death of Akira? Like could they really not go any further with that? So many things disregarded throughout the story. I also really really hate Reika reviving a second Kurono then acting irrational and like an idiot whenever it came to him. A lot of the shit going on was too much and felt so insignificant gosssh. The amount of characters introduced just to die a chapter later was also just stupid. I loved Kurono though, and the plot wassss great, just a lot of unanswered questions. The amount of forced relationships in this story was giving me a headache, why are all the men so horny and the women desperate (/TДT)/
What a beautifully written story, its one of those you can only understand when you dont give it a second thought. You just knows what it means because you do. The dad filming the behind the scenes, revealing who the mother really was and how her verbal abuse hadn't stopped even in her last moments, was the most heart breaking part of the story id say
