I think I understand why this chapter made me so uncomfortable. Dojin and Hyesung are being portraited in the later chapters as cute couple. And then comes this chapter with rape, forsing, controlling...

Not all authors clarify their works. At best, they put a trigger warning. But not all do. And one can judge something within the rules of a fictional world (the author didn't show that this attitude is cometely ok. Actually the oposite). And one can judge by our own rl moral standards. To see how we stand to such things in the real world. And fiction is, in fact, a way to talk about real life issues.
No, but the real world has men and women, and non-binary people, relationships between them, jealousy, sadness, manipulation, naive people, rape, abusive parents, unwanted pregnancies, family drama, friendships, feelings of inferiority. Oh, look everything that I wrote is in this comic as well (maybe except non-binary people). Doesn't it mean that it at least partially resembles real world and probably is based on it? I can't imagine that the author saw all these things somewhere outside of the real world or that they came up with them on their own.
Writing something that is in no way inspired by the real world, real people and their problems would be impossible (or at least really really hard, I've never seen a piece of media like that but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist).
What more, omegaverse fanfiction is often very feminist and is a hyperbole of discrimination of women. Even this comic shows discrimnation of omegas (eg. Hyesung can't find a job because he's an omega) and it's something that you can see in the real world, not necessarily towards women but other discrimnated groups.
There is a lot of omegaverse where rape exists and even is acknowledged by author and readers alike, I don't see why this comic should be any different.
