I don't read the novel, but probably some evil scheming that'll acknowledge her baby as the true heir of the dukedom? If the lawful wife is abandoned or some sort, she can make some scandal saying an "accident" happened and the child in her womb is the duke's. After all no one can prove whether it's true, especially when the duke's currently losing his human reasoning.

Our best boi Donau is off to have a happy marriage life. The girl is a bit like miss paul and he wouldn't mind if she learns how to fight. A win-win.
I still lament the ship paul+donau, but it would heartbreaking if she married him only to end upnwith the ml.
If the trigger for the saint power is love, then Aira has really bad cards. She has no love. Not for a peron, nor for this world. I only hope she doesn't fall for darkness and become an anti-saint. I hope she will be good friends with Sei, like sisters, and they will help each other grow.
The story develops extremely slowly and the translation is taking ages. Although I loved the story, the characters grew on me, the development was good. But with such a slow read (pace+translation) is just... I loose interest.
Judging by how comfy they were with skinship on the bed, I thought "nasty" was already an everyday thing for them already.
