Yes!!! She knows Simon likes her and Louise likes Ian. So why would she continue to lead Simon on when it's only going to hurt him in the end but still wish for his happiness. She's probably going to hurt him more than she's trying to help

As Mikasa plans to go over to visit Jean's house, she suddenly hears bird noises and looks up, she then sees Eren flying in the sky and she yells "Ereh!" Eren suddenly starts yelling Tatakae! Tatakae! In hopes of Mikasa choosing him over Jean, but Mikasa thinks she's just being delusional, so she just sighs and starts moving on, but when Mikasa starts riding her car, Eren starts to follow her, thankfully due to the traffic it was easier for her to follow her. When they arrived, Jean came out of his house to greet Mikasa, Eren sees them hugging and starts to attack and pull Jean's horse-like hair, then Jean grabs Mikasa's hand pulling her into the house with him. Tatakae! Tatakae! Eren is yelling out of frustation, at some point, he gave up and started to nest on his own, at some far away land.
