One of it. It was because when tay went to the hospital to take the cast off (the one that’s on his ankle) xinlu was waiting outside and tay can’t do anything but to come with him ( i forgot but xinlu did something to the car he was using?) and the doctor says tay must not overuse or force his ankle but i think it would take tay 30 mins? Or hours (not sure) if he wanted to walk to go back then they went to a park or something like a night market and xinlu went somewhere to buy ( idk? A food?) but tay got kidnapped by the same men who imprisoned his older brother then i think ilay went after xinlu and was almost dead (he was thrown out of the sea? Was he) but gabel? What that the name of the other man there? He saved xinlu

From what I remember, they didn't really call him feminine, but cute, probably yes. The first time Tay saw Xinlu at the changing room, he glared angrily to Tay, that was actually the closest to his real personality, if you read that chapter again, although he did look like a twink, he still have sharper features, but the thing is Xinlu knows how to act cute. When he knows that's what Tay likes, he acted cute all the time, which blurred Tay's filter even more lol, but Xinlu's look right now really did change a lot
